Jimmy Kimmel takes aim at Elon Musk’s "propaganda puppet" remark, firing back on his late-night show.
Jimmy Kimmel didn’t just respond to Elon Musk’s latest shade – he straight-up roasted him, TMZ style! Musk, the billionaire tech mogul, called Kimmel an “insufferable nonsense propaganda puppet” after Kimmel got emotional in a monologue reacting to the recent election.
And Kimmel’s response? Legendary. The late-night host fired back on his show, saying, “At least my children like me,” before turning Musk’s words right back at him.
Kimmel then tore into Musk, saying, “The guy who paid people $1 million a day to push Trump is calling me a propaganda puppet? Please! Listen, Kermit, you bought Twitter just to turn it into a propaganda machine.”
But Kimmel wasn’t finished there. He took it even further, digging up some serious receipts! Kimmel pointed out how Musk loves to call anything he doesn’t like “propaganda”—including reputable outlets like the New York Times and NPR. Then, just to twist the knife a bit more, Kimmel pulled out an old Trump post from Truth Social, where the ex-president dragged Musk for allegedly “begging” for help on his pet projects.
“Drop to your knees and beg” is how Trump put it—and Kimmel didn’t miss a beat, adding, “I’m sure his little hand will fit nicely in your sock hole,” bringing the audience to tears with laughter.
